Deadline to get your enhanced Universal Child Care Benefit payment in July is quickly approaching

April 29, 2015

Every single family with children under 18 in Canada will benefit from the Conservative Government’s Enhanced Universal Child Care Benefit (UCCB). The Enhanced UCCB will put almost $2,000 back in the pockets of parents with kids under 6. It will also put $720 back in the pockets of parents with kids 6 through 17.

With less than 3 days to go before the May 1st deadline to get your enhanced Universal Child Care Benefit payment in July, I am urging all who haven’t yet signed up to do so online at www.canada.ca/taxsavings.

In Saskatchewan, there are an estimated 10,200 families that are not yet registered. That's an estimated 18,700 children who may not get the enhanced benefit in July.

While the NDP and Liberals are focused on raising taxes, we’re working hard to ensure every mom and dad gets more of their own hard earned money back in their pockets.
