Sergeant Martin Dolny is a remarkable individual whose multifaceted career seamlessly blends science, law enforcement, and aviation. As an RCMP pilot, he has not only soared through the skies but has also dedicated himself to enhancing aviation safety. His commitment to community service shines brightly through his leadership in the Knights of Columbus, where he has tirelessly volunteered his time and expertise. A true champion for the less fortunate, Martin spearheaded the Coats for Kids initiative, ensuring that winter warmth reached the most isolated northern Saskatchewan communities between 2014 and 2015. Not one to shy away from challenges, he took on the formidable task of reforming tuberculosis medical protocols for prisoners flying on police aircraft, making a significant impact in the process. His visionary spirit also led to the promotion of Canada’s first RCMP Foundation Youth Ambassador in 2010, and he proudly graced the award-winning Canada Day poster “Celebrate Canada” in 2009. Currently, as an active member of the Airport Advisory Committee appointed by the Prince Albert City Council in 2019, Martin continues to champion both aviation and community initiatives, proving that his dedication knows no bounds.
