Fred Bradshaw represented Carrot River Valley in Saskatchewan’s Legislative Assembly from 2007 to 2024. Born in Arborfield and raised in Carrot River from age 10, he remains rooted in his community. Motivated by the outmigration of youth, Bradshaw entered politics to create better opportunities for future generations, including his own children who now call Saskatchewan home. Before provincial politics, he served on local bodies like the Carrot River town council, Pasquia Park board, Arborfield Dehy board, and was active in community roles including fire department and Boy Scouts. Bradshaw has held key roles such as Minister of Highways, Deputy House Leader and Legislative Secretary for Environment and Energy, and chaired several committees. He was also the provincial representative on the Energy Council, demonstrating a broad and dedicated public service career.
